Three sessions culminating in a final outline of the aligned strategic path moving forward, plus a 1-month content plan.

Initial 90 min Strategy Session:

• Identify your target audience(s), business goals, and marketing KPIs (how you’ll measure your success)
• SWOT analysis: identify your strengths, weaknesses, and biggest opportunities and threats for attracting your ideal customers
• HumanDesign Assessment—for tailored marketing strategies that match your energetic signature

Second 90 min Strategy Session:

• Marketing Funnel design—we will work together to craft a strategy for the Attract, Invite, Nurture, Sell, and Delight phases of the marketing process to support you in calling in and building trust to create a nourishing system to regularly secure new clients.

90 min Content Ideation and Planning Session:

• Creative ideation session to plan campaigns and content for the Attract & Nurture phases. This might be a newsletter, social media, blog, podcast, YouTube, or any other content medium that you want to use to establish credibility, trust, and impact with your audience.
• Together we will come up with the main topic categories, publishing cadence, and a working editorial calendar with the first month of categories and topic ideas mapped out. We will brainstorm engagement and campaign ideas to help you reach your audience growth, engagement, and lead conversion goals.

Deliverables

• Your Aligned Marketing Strategy Report: a document outlining your business goals, target audience, KPIs, SWOT analysis, & strategies for each phase in the buying cycle.
• A Robust Content Plan with baselines and goals established, 5-7 topic categories determined, an idea capturing page, plus a 1-month Editorial Calendar filled out to help you plan and create your content consistently moving forward.
